We don't have to hurry. I'd rather wait and get what we want than rush
and get less. I agree that we should pursue getting the HCL version,
even if it means waiting.
So we're in agreement? This is basically what we want?
1- Intel Server System SR1530HCL (backorder if necessary) $800-900
2 - Xeon 5130, Dual Core 2.00GHz, 1333MHz FSB - $355 $710
4GB - 667MHz DDR2 ECC
$700
1 - Slimline DVD-ROM for the 1U chassis
$90
2 - 400GB Seagate Barracuda ES SATA-2 w/ NCQ, $145/ea $290
-------------------------------------
Total
$2590-$2690
We'll order 2 - 2Gb memory sticks so we can upgrade later, when prices
fall, if we decide we need it.

In the beginning of a change the Patriot is a scarce man, brave, hated
and scorned. When his cause succeeds, however, the timid join him,
for then it costs nothing to be a Patriot. --
