Thoughts on coordinating:

admins that need to work:
su(do) to root, (re)attach to a screen (# screen -r -x) session, find
the window named for you (jaqque, pacneil, treed, etc), and use that. If
you want to see what someone else s doing, go over to their window and
see. Ensure your $PROMT displays the current time/date so others can see
how idle the window is.

No entering commands on someone elses window!

Just a thought. No way to actually enforce it.
