I thought maybe we could use irc channel for coordinating. We might
have to do it in a separate channel where there's less traffic. I
don't think we'll all be working on the same things, but we need to
know who is doing what and who is installing what. Don't need two
people installing Postfix at the same time, for example.

I know not everyone is on IRC. Who isn't? Jim?
