KR> Nose wheel conversion

Here I am again Folks
    Seriously thinking of converting my aircraft to a nose dragger. It
would appear not too difficult though some surgery to the wings is in
order. Even the mounting of the nose gear assembly does not look too
difficult to do. Wondering if anyone has done this? Also if there might be
a gear assembly for sale out there specifically the nose gear assembly?
