I suggest you use 3/8 aluminum line to the firewall with a bulkhead fitting at the firewall, and either Aeroquip fittings and hoses or Earls fittings and hoses on the engine side of the firewall. I prefer Earls as they are easier to construct. Use fire sleeve on either one. What is the plan for your system? Mark Langford ( http://www.n56ml.com/fuel/ ) has a very detailed description of his.
