No need to feel bad at all if the seller set the price. Walk away with a smile on your face. I don't feel bad about buying a slightly damaged C-150 fuselage (in 1990) for $1800, stripping the engine and all parts I could use, instruments, wheels, etc., and then selling the remains for $800 to a local re-builder. Bargains are where you find them. The secret is to always be looking for them. Larry Flesner
