There are different types of touch screen activation.The two I am aware of is resistance and capacitance.Resistance uses pressure to complete a circuit on the screen.The capacitance type is probably more sensitive in that the finger changes the capacitance of the circuit and activates the system.Gloves are not useful in the capacitance screens unless they are lamb skin or some other similar material that will produce the same effect.Tommy W.
