The speed brake is hinged directly below the aft face of the rear spar
into a hard point on the fuse bottom.. The dimensions are 28" X 10" with
a total of 60 degrees of deflection.
 I was hoping for more deflection but the 3 position actuator I designed
only allowed for the 60 deg. I may redo that next winter, I allowed for
90 deg in the design of the brake itself. We'll see. I think at 90 deg
with the size of the brake it may be a bit much, we'll see.
