Dan, I had a Vista vent and it really worked great. It is part number 11-03500 in the AC Spruce catalog. You can probably find a picture on their web site. It is a round plexiglass vent that rotates and it has a bent out part that scoops in the air. At first I was concerned that it would cause a lot of drag when open, but with it half way closed in the lowest drag condition I saw no difference than with it all the way open. Here are some pictures of the vents on the project I just sold. I like these a lot also.
