So you say your wings were leaning against the wall. Did you have all your
decks off too? I was under the impression everything had to be in a ready to
fly rigging except for inspection plates. I think I will call my DAR today
and report you!!!! Just kidding. Why didn't you ask for a radius large
enough to encompass Mt. Vernon? Then you could incorporate that in your fly
off hours.

Man I hate sanding foam.....almost done with it though.

If my airspeed indicator is any indication, it would be 240 mph!  At least
that's where I ran out of yellow band stuff.  By the way, gross weight is
set at 1200 pounds (the DAR inspection is where you "lock it in") and
fly-off area is a 40 mile radius area.  He would have put down whatever
number I asked for in either case.  My buddy asked for (and got) a 75 mile
radius area for his RV-6.
