So you say your wings were leaning against the wall. Did you have all your decks off too? I was under the impression everything had to be in a ready to fly rigging except for inspection plates. I think I will call my DAR today and report you!!!! Just kidding. Why didn't you ask for a radius large enough to encompass Mt. Vernon? Then you could incorporate that in your fly off hours.
