Dan,

Your diagram looks good. I would suggest that you add a pair of check
valves at the 1/8" Tee. The way you have the system plumed a leak in either
side will allow fuel to run overboard rather than to the carb. If you
install check valves at the carb then you can operate on one side regardless
of the integrity of the opposite side fuel path.

Subject: KR> Fuel System

Several weeks ago, I asked for a solution for installing my Header Tank -
Dual Facet Pump - Carb, fuel system. The Pumps go on the firewall and I
really could not figure out what mix and match of parts to put together to
get the fuel from a 3/8 pipe fitting on my filter to a 1/8 pipe fitting on
my carburetor. The goal was to never allow the volume to increase and have
it split into the pumps and then brought back together at the carb.

Well, apparently, no one on the net has done this, so I had to go elsewhere
for help. They have very nice people at Wicks. Has anyone ever told you that
before? I sent their customer support my request. Later that day, I was
called by Janet to get some clarification. Later that week, I received a
request for my fax number because David, of Wicks, had come up with a
drawing for me.

Well, I changed it a little and put it on paper with pictures and part
numbers and passed it back by David. He saw no problem with it, so here it
is.

you will need to click on it to be able to really see it.

Now see if you can go in at the filter and find your way to the Ellison.
