Maybe my instructor did not know what he was doing, but I took a 5 hour course in aerobatics in a Citabria and neither of us wore a parachute. I was just reading that FAR yesterday and should have cut out the part about this stuff. It, along with the rest of them, is a hard FAR to understand.
