Sorry I think we are at cross purposes!
I am building a KR2S which has 12" wing extensions. The drawing shows a 33" 
rib at the end of the wing before the extension starts. I think you have 
answered my question though as I think this rib takes the place of the 36" 
tip rib shown on the old KR2 plans.
