My KR-1 plans book (which I got three months ago) has
on the front, lentgh 12' 9'' wing span 17' empty weight
375 lbs. gross weight 750 lbs. engine V.W. 1700. 
Top speed 200 mph cruise 180 mph stall 45 mph.
So take your choice. They must have updated things
a little.
