Mark is right. Since getting my KR2 in the air January last year I had time
for nothing else, my wife said if she wanted to see me during day light
hours she had to come to the airport. Then I took it off line to make some
mods and that is all that I've done since (cyclone Larry blew down tonnes of
trees on my property and the only ones moved so far are the trees blocking
my shed exit, that prevented me from taking my KR2 back to the airport).
It's now back at the airport and I have 3 hours on it in the last 2 days
(weather is still terrible so I'm finishing some last little "pretty"
things). A few people have asked for info and photos but no time yet for
photos (I'm not a camera type person). I have a random faulty limit switch
on my belly board in the full down position and when it's stuck down I
cannot do a go round, so limited testing, but I can say WOW what a
difference it makes. It is mounted under the main spare and effects the
pitch enormously, pitching the nose up. More info to come tomorrow, I hope,
if the weather is OK tonight after work.
