There was an article in the EAA magazine several years ago about a Glasair trike that gained 15 miles per hour speed from a special designed wheel pants. I don't know which year/month it was but look it up Mark, it might be worth it to you.
By the way--I hate these laptop keyboards myself. Funny how the cursor decides to jump into an unexpected place while typing !!!! Can't be me !!! Larry H.
