Offer made... offer accepted !! Looks like I may finally move from the wannabe to becoming a KR2 owner. More on that after the deals done - the paperwork - like next week.
Anyway, can some one email me off-line a sample liability waiver used. I want the builder/seller to feel comfortable selling his KR2. We are both searching for a good document that will satisfy this issue transferring ownership to me. We already have the agreement that I have to fly to his place regularly so he can "talk to his bird". Its a great little trip from my home port too, so that will be neat.
