Hey Guy's I,ve got a big head start on you guy's, I've already lost 48 lbs. I'm halfway to my goal of 170 lbs. by next spring. It's a worth while goal for all of us plane or no plane. A slow steady loss (no more than 2lbs a week) seems to work best. That way your skin doesn't start sagging to bad. If you cut those portions way down and stay just a bit hungry and a little exercise to boot, you'll do fine. And yes Jerod was right, a Subway a day keeps the fat away.
