I can't imagine a fixed gear airplane being easier to land than my
KR with a 24 inch stretch and 8 foot spread on the main gear.
I forget I'm flying a tail dragger. I have never needed brakes for
directional control on takeoff or landing in 340 hours of flight time
and never come close to a ground loop. It may get me some day
but my KR is a pussy cat on the ground.
