BE WARNED ... a trailer with an aft COG under brakes is potentially as
dangerous as a tailwheel aircraft under brakes. The aft COG makes the trailer
want to overtake the towing vehicle if braking from high speed. So many
caravaners try to unload the drawbar of just load it wrong and the trailer
overturns and sometimes takes the car with it. Hell of a way to wreck your day.
If loading an aircraft tail first ensure there is at least 25lb on the towing
hitch to ensure this does not occurr.

I've seen projects being trailered and a lot of the time they are being towed
tail first. Is there any special reason or advantage to doing it this way?
