You might not want fuel fillers in the wing tanks since the header tank is
higher. Nor do you want vents there.

You can put bigger lines to the tanks from the header tank (1/2 or larger
tube (smaller tube for fuel pickup)) and the fuel will drain to the wing
tanks.

Put vent lines form the wing tanks to the header tank and then vent the
header tank.
