is there any flexing & if so how much clearance do I leave. Or what have others done. --------------------------------
Robin I foamed and glassed completely with out a gap. But I only used a single layer of glass from the wing to the leg. There is some minor cracks around that area but I am not concerned. So if the cracks area worry, place a protection battier around the leg,, glass it, then remove the barrier to have a gap between the leg and inner wing. I will send you a photo when I go for a fly this morning.
