Actually I didn't but it sure did stop quick. The temps here have been fluctuating quite a bit and I did not check the tire pressure. When the tire contacted the runway it slipped on the wheel thus pinching the tube resulting in the immediate flat tire. Not really a blow out. The right pressure was at 28 lbs when I checked it.
