Check out Dr. Andy Elliott's chapter in William Wynne's Corvair Flight Ops
Manual (Chapter2). There is a detailed first flight test plan that
should satisfy any FAA requirement. It's what he used for flight testing his
Zenair 601 XL. Seems quite complete.
