It appears Bob lost power on final and had to decide if he could clear the 
fence. He realized his gear would catch the fence at the height he was at. Too 
short would have put him into a small pond,he kinew he would catch the fence 
with his gear flip him and then that would be his end too so he let the fence 
stop him with the nose into it first and not the gear. Banged up but only 
bruises. One lucky smart S.O.B.
