Folks, my belief is that one can fly as a Sport Pilot if the airplane meets the 
speed and weight limitations.  The POH is different for each homebuilt.  Athe 
builder writes the POH.  If the GRoss weight is limited to 1320 lbs and the 
observed stall meets the criteria, the builder can limit continuous rpm max to 
limit level flight air speed to 120 KIAS (as does the 3300 Jabiru powered Sonex 
and 180 hp Carbon Cub).  You can license the plane as plain old experimental 
and meet the requirements for Sport Pilot operation by virtue of the POH 
verification.  What is wrong with the above?
