Today I logged my 51st KR2 landing in 15 hours of flying, and probably my fifth at M38 (short and narrow home field). Today was the first time I didn't scare myself to death...it was actually a decent landing. I love it while it's flying, but landing is not my favorite flight regime. No flaps or belly board make this thing a whole 'nuther ballgame when it comes to short fields. "Regular" runways are a piece of cake, however.
And the best thing I can say about the POSa carb is that it hasn't succeeded in killing me, yet! That's going to get fixed soon! More later, I'm sure... Mark Langford ML at N56ML.com website at http://www.N56ML.com --------------------------------------------------------
