+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ How far along is the wing? Not sure why you want to put ply on both sides of a foam rib. The only ply ribs you need are a 36 inch rib on the end and a 48 inch inboard for sanding templets. Foam ribs between those two are sanded to wing contour and then taken down a bit to accept the surface foam that will be sanded to wing contour. Clear as mud? Larry Flesner
