If you are building the new wing, the plans are free on KRNet.org.
If you are building the stock RAF48, I suggest you buy a set of plans.  I
don't know where those templates are available for free.

For glue, you pick.  Anything from hot glue to a mix or resin and micro
balloons and anything in between.
