the N numbers of submittals

If someone starts collecting KR photos I have a suggestion as a "know 
nothing" file manager.  As photos start coming in I'd suggest you save 
them to a folder with file names being the "registration number / 
letters" of the airplane.  That will enable you to quickly see if you 
have photos of that KR already by looking at the doc list (which should 
be in alfa / numeric order) and if you go on the net to "harvest" photos 
the same applies. That would eliminate searching through all the photos 
to see if you already have that KR and check to see if you have better 
photos.

I'm hoping this is a legitimate do that would save countless hours of 
someones time in putting something together that could be better spent 
in the shop or flying.
