I now have 803X, thank you! How did you stumble upon this?

802X and 809X are available. I saw 809X on a U2 not sure about 802X but
since 800X was on one I might assume the range was used...

>From GPT:

Those *N800X–N809X* tail numbers you see in old U-2 photos were *civil
“cover” registrations* used in the early program (commonly attributed to
CIA/other government cover arrangements).
Do any U-2s still wear *those exact* N-numbers today?

*No*—the specific “N80xX” registrations from that era are *not on today’s
operational U-2 fleet*, and at least one of them (the aircraft once
registered *N809X*) is documented as having *crashed in 1977*.

Also, several of those *exact N-numbers are now assigned to completely
different aircraft*, for example:

   -

*N805X* is currently a Bombardier CL-600-2C10 (registered to Northrop
   Grumman Systems Corp).
   -

*N808X* is currently a Grob G 103 Twin II glider.
   -

*N802X* shows up today as an *Air Tractor AT-802A* in tracking databases
   (not a U-2).
   -

*N806X* shows up today as a *CRJ-701* associated with Northrop Grumman
   in tracking/spotting databases (not a U-2).

The “near that range” thing you *can* still see: *NASA’s ER-2*

If what you really mean is *numbers near that range that are still on
U-2-derived aircraft*, then *yes*—NASA operates ER-2s with:

   -

   *N806NA*
   -

   *N809NA*

So: *the old “N80xX” U-2 cover registrations aren’t still on U-2s*,
but the *NASA
ER-2s* do carry *very similar “806/809” identities* (with the *NA* suffix)
and are actively operated.
