There is no contract or deal here. Roland asked for the opportunity to
start a project to integrate ksh93 into OpenSolaris, and he has been
granted that request by the OpenSolaris community (*NOT* Sun). No one
ever promised that the end result would be taken into ON, SFW, or any
other code base, just that we'd provide Roland the opportunity to work on
this.

Dan Price has just as much right to express his opinion about this as
you have - and no more say than you do in the final shape of the project,
since as far as ksh93 goes, he's just another member of the community
watching this - not part of the project team, or the ARC that will review
it. That he happens to work for Sun is irrelevant here - that he has a
lot of experience working with ON & SFW means he's a resource you can use
and get advice and maybe even some help from if you don't chase him away.

Honestly, you guys are all blowing this up into a much bigger deal than it
really is - we're all trying to get this into OpenSolaris, so if everyone
will stop flaming over trivialities and get back to the actual project,
we'll all be much happier much sooner.
