I don't see that as a significant issue.  There are only a couple of
useful routines still there, and it looks to me like we can simply
merge the two together.  Even at the worst case, we end up creating
something like 'libcmdksh', but I suspect that's not necessary.

The part that looks to me like a hang-up is the use of /usr/bin/ksh,
not the libraries.
