With machine bfu'ed with onnv-gate:2009-11-04 (daily bits) and fresh
{SUNWstc-tetlite,SUNWstc-net-nc} packages I am no longer seeing the
behavior with extra helper process. However, there is one new consistent
failure in rflag test purpose in the nc test suite. I have not
investigated yet what is the cause of this failure.
I am not sure whether the workaround can be dropped right away - it
depends whether OpenSolaris 2009.06 stable is tested in PIT.
