The file was there from some time and haven't been added recently.

I've done some more digging and I've found simmilar problem with K3B (to get 
rid of crashes I've removed configs there and it worked to the time I've tried 
to go to linked directory (link was correct to the existing directory and used 
had proper permissions for it)).
It looks as KDE 4.4b2 apps might have problems with symbolic links - 
/home/xeros/Obrazy/Zdjecia and /home/xeros/Obrazy/Zdjecia-Obraz were symbolic 
links to other directories (on the same partition). 

But then I've get rid of symbolic links and moved my photo collection in
one directory, removed database and configs and get through
configuration wizzard. Database build (photo import) was successfull and
digiKam worked without problems so I've closed it and then reopened once
more and then... crash.

Now I don't have a clue what's the problem.
