The file was there from some time and haven't been added recently. I've done some more digging and I've found simmilar problem with K3B (to get rid of crashes I've removed configs there and it worked to the time I've tried to go to linked directory (link was correct to the existing directory and used had proper permissions for it)). It looks as KDE 4.4b2 apps might have problems with symbolic links - /home/xeros/Obrazy/Zdjecia and /home/xeros/Obrazy/Zdjecia-Obraz were symbolic links to other directories (on the same partition). But then I've get rid of symbolic links and moved my photo collection in one directory, removed database and configs and get through configuration wizzard. Database build (photo import) was successfull and digiKam worked without problems so I've closed it and then reopened once more and then... crash. Now I don't have a clue what's the problem. -- [PPA] On newest PPA beta (KDE 4.4beta1) digikam crashes every time at startup https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/497562 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to digikam in ubuntu. -- kubuntu-bugs mailing list kubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/kubuntu-bugs
