Googled result, but not sure it's useful for you.

But Yolkfull's suggestion is good for you to not load kvm module when boot 
system.

Add the two line in /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf according to your system, 
then reboot.

blacklist kvm
blacklist kvm_amd
