Has anyone figured out how to get all Group incoming calls to display on a Call Log Button, showing all answered and unanswered calls to the group no matter which extension processed the call. If you program a Call Log button to the floating extension, it only records unanswered calls; and, if you just program a Call Log button it only records calls to that individual extension. My client needs to record all incoming calls and have access to them on every T7636 phone. (does not want to use a external 3rd part box).
Second, has anyone figured a work around to get the number to display on a KXT7885 instead of the name? Sincerely, Henry Henry C.
