Mentioned not too long ago, there is a firmware upgrade for the KX-TA824 to deal with the delay for retrieving a incoming CO call from any extension. There is about a 1 too 2 second delay before the CO is connected to the retrieving extension. You end up saying hello twice.
Where would I find this firmware upgrade. It seems it's not available on Panasonic's customer service web site. I've looked in the archives but have been unable to find the post.
