Huh? No it isn't. My desktop machine has 2.001 and I have not even upgraded it since forever. The CD on the system in the warehouse is also marked Version 2.0. If you go to Panasonic's web site the 3.0 software is there. You did read the manual for the Login and Password didn't you?
