I do something similar by using up a Group Button for the ICD Group and
changing the ring for that button.  Maybe you could turn off the ring for
the individual CO buttons.  They would flash and you would hear the ring
from the Group button.

 

When you say "transferred call", I assume you mean the receptionist
transfers the call.

 

A transferred call should ring on the INTERCOM first.
