Donald and Charles - Unfortunately, I don't have the answer to the original TA824 question but I wanted to correct Donald on the number of ports for the TVA50 - The max number of ports which can be used for DPT, APT, Inband, or No Integration in the TVA50 is 6. If you are using DPT integration, use the TVA503 cards - they're cheaper. This is pasted from the manual:
2.7 Installing Optional Cards—KX-TVA50 2.7.1 2-Port Hybrid Expansion Card (KX-TVA502) Each KX-TVA502 adds 2 ports to the VPS which can be used for DPT, APT, Inband, or No Integration. KX-TVA502 cards can be installed in slots 2 and 3 of the VPS. 2.7.2 2-Port Digital Expansion Card (KX-TVA503) Each KX-TVA503 adds 2 ports to the VPS which can be used for DPT Integration.
