I have a customer who has a TDA100 with a TVS225 and they had a PRI for a number of years and recently changed to POTS lines. All the calls are answered by the voicemail and we have had to power down the voicemail numerous times due to it holding multiple CO lines and it prevents other calls from coming into the VM. Once I power down the VM it releases the lines. I have added surge protectors to the lines but we are still having the same problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
