Whoops, kindof early, I see you turned on the XDP port. Troubleshoot it out like any other line. Put a regular phone on the XDP port and see if you get the ringing. There have been a few cabinets that the ringing for the XDP ports has failed. Since no one is using the fax line for anything else, just put the dial tone on the first pair going to the phone and that will activate the XDP Jack with just dial tone. No real need to put it on the system. brad
