I'm sure you also mean TVA50 (not TVS)... so

Some systems use different smtp ports, that could be an issue.

Here is a great bit of advice it got from guru Manny-

You can set up a gmail account (of your own) that you can use for sending
the email messages from any system.
Call it whatever you like, I use something with the word voicemail in it, as
this will be the address seen by the recipient.

You can then use these gmail settings for every TVA you set up. So even if
they change their company email settings, your system won't care. Added
bonus, if they ever loose a message and call you up, you can go into this
gmail account and find it and re-send it.

Here is the settings for gmail-
account address: [email protected]
account password: gmailpassword
smtp port 465
[email protected]
pop port 995
[email protected]

Google DNS:
DNS1: 8.8.8.8
DNS2: 8.8.4.4
