Both the DOS and Windows programming tools for the TD1232 also work with this setup. (Of course you need a USB-Serial adapter with laptops these days also).

In install the software Create a folder called USB Drivers Install the software again. I must be patient and wait for the installation to complete At the very end it will ask if you want to install USB drivers Click yes and browse to the USB Drivers folder and load them there. Now you are ready for first time use..... Start the program, then plug in the USB Cable It will look for the driver automatically If not found it will allow you to manually point to the folder you created "USB DRIVERS" and will then install the USB drivers Now you are ready to program OK?
