KX-T: Small FXO devices with TDe?

Has anyone messed with hooking up a small FXO gateway like a Linksys SPA3102 as a CO SIP trunk on a 
Panasonic TDE100 or TDE200 system?  I'm messing with one now, and trying to sort this out.  Have a 
pots line at a remote location that I want to bring into the PBX.
