An alternate solution with the TVS75 is to give the tenant just one
mailbox, and have their line ring DIL 1:1 directly to his extension,
then have that extension forwarded n/a to voicemail.
Then the tenant's voicemail will act as an answering machine.
For example, if the tenant's lines co 3 and 4 are DIL 1:1 to ext 105,
then forward 105 no-answer to 165. Then calls will ring the extension
and go to mailbox 105 after 4 rings (or whatever timer you set for
forwardng).

The TVS75 is probably about 15 years old or more. The hard drive in it
only has an expected life of about 5 years. so... they should consider
an upgrade.
