Hi Bob,

Look at Class of Service settings for the mailbox, there is an option
for "Message Envelope Setting" with options Before or After.
I believe that would be the cos setting for the destination mailbox.

One of the great things with the TVA200 is remote maintenance. Let me
know off-list if you need a hand setting that up.
