Bob, it is either in the Class of service of your catchall mailbox. Look for
message envelope setting.

Hi Gang,

I have a TVA-200 system up and running, with mailboxes that get moved to a
general catch-all box if 
no one gets the voicemail within a day.  This is replacing a TVS system that
had been running fine 
with the same type of config.

The customer is complaining that with the new VM system, the auto-moved
messages tell the user which 
mailbox the message came from -AFTER- the message plays, instead of before
the message body, like 
the TVS did.  I'm sure there is a simple setting for this, but I've looked
all over, and can't seem 
to locate it.  Pointers?
