Greetings. I have a KXTA824 PBX, door phone, door opener, keypad, and door lock. I am able to open the door lock from the door opener and also make calls to and from the door phone to any extension on the PBX. However, I am unable to unlock the door from dialing 5-5-1 (for the door lock connected to relay 1). The door opener relay 1 is currently attached to the door lock (main relay normally open) and V+ on the power adapter. I have a screenshot of how everything is wired currently if you would like to see it. I appreciate any insight into what may be wrong.
